Thanks to all our experience in the refractory sector and the backup of our hi-tech Engineering Office we can construct Industrial Ovens for heat treatment and heating ferrous and other materials with all-round turnkey solutions. The extensive use of innovative materials and increasingly efficient recycling systems, exploiting the most advanced monitoring and control systems mean that we produce exceptionally high quality standards, which are further guaranteed by the special attention we pay to the choice and dimensions of the refractory and insulating linings for the ovens.
We also provide revamping and combustion alterations to old installations/ovens, with the aim to make them more efficient. Our expert team of engineers is always available to design and produce cutting edge combustion systems, with special focus on the choice of the burners, given the impact that their size can have on the oven lining. The systems are studied separately for each single application, controlling the temperatures, the combustion ratio and the heat technology.
CREFIN carries out hot repairs and conservation work to the refractory structures in operating installations. Their specialised staff and equipment dry out the refractory materials and all the process phases are recorded on the PC, so that the temperature and drying diagram are kept fully under control and respected.
