Dry out services
As monolitch refractory materials contains water or are applied with materials that are mixed with water, it is necessasry to perfrom a dry-out service to remove water from the lining and avoid the undesired effect of ”alkaline hydrolisis”.
The Dry-Out process depend on the quantity of water used during mixing, density and thickness of materials.
Dry-Out process is performed with specialized staff and appropriate“high speed burners”.
